From designer deadstock, this is a beautiful quality yarn dyed all cotton novelty stitched stripe woven. It's a semi-opaque shirting/lighter dress weight with no stretch and a cottony drape. There is a vertical stripe of open weave with a .5" repeat, which creates an interesting variation in the opacity. Thin, vertical dashed stripes are created by black yarns, also woven with a .5" horizontal repeat. The colors are black and pale pink (PANTONE 13-2004, etc.). Perfect for shirts, tunics, skirts and dresses, and other upscale casual coordinates for spring/summer. Some styles will need lining or layering. Hand or machine wash and hang to dry (please test first).
